Students will demonstrate proficiency in dance pedagogy, performance, and/or choreography.
Senior Capstone Project: Choreography
I decided to do choreography for my Senior Project, because I wanted to do something that would really challenge me. And so that I may have an opportunity of choreographing a group ballroom piece.
The video contains the first half of the Senior Showcase Concert. My piece starts at about 10:28.
Methods of Teaching Creative Dance: Pedagogy
Teaching is something I intend on doing once I leave BYU. I will mostly be teaching ballroom to older students, but I will also by teaching children creative dance. So, here is a video of my teaching.
